Bay Magazine and Bogath Weddings & Events have been working together for over eight years to execute Long Beach Island's most stunning styled shoots. We are now offering photographers the opportunity to participate in a Wedding Bliss Styled Shoot hosted at New Jersey's most sought-after wedding venues.
The Styled Shoots at Mallard
On Wednesday, August 9, 2023, we will transform Mallard Island Yacht Club into three separate styled shoots for photographers to use to enhance portfolios. We will be allowing a maximum of 36 photographers to participate. There will be an afternoon session with three distinct styled shoot designs, each with a group of 12 photographers. Each styled shoot will feature three stations with 4 photographers assigned to each station. The groups of four will rotate, every 30 minutes, to each station before moving on to the next styled shoot. This gives each photographer a total of 90 minutes with each design.
Each styled shoot will be designed to include models, space with a dramatic floral installation, tablescape, stationery, details (think gorgeous shoes and beautiful jewelry), and dessert. And more! We keep adding to the surprises for you!

2:00 - 2:30 pm | Ceremony + Models + Tucker (the Golden Retriever) (4 photographers, max)
2:30 - 3:00 pm | Tablescape (4 photographers, max)
3:00 - 3:25 pm | Flatlays & Dessert (4 photographers, max)
3:30 PM - 5:00 PM: The Ballroom & Veranda
Photographers will be grouped and rotate through each design.

3:30 - 4:00 pm | Ballroom Sweetheart Table + Models + Antique Jeepster (4 photographers, max)
4:00 - 4:30 pm | Full Tablescape (4 photographers, max)
4:30 - 4:55 pm | Flatlays & Dessert (4 photographers, max)
5:00 PM - 6:30 PM: The Fireplace & Bridal Suite
Photographers will be grouped and rotate through each design.
Setups include:
5:00 - 5:30 pm | The Fireplace + The Bridal Suite + Models (4 photographers, max)
5:30 - 6:00 pm | Tablescape (4 photographers, max)
6:00 - 6:25 pm | Flatlays & Dessert (4 photographers, max)
Meet Our Models.
We have three models. Two are real life couples (you can ask them to smooch). One couple is not, but they have agreed to lovingly gaze into one another's eyes for you.

Tucker is a therapy dog in training. His handlers, Corie and Tommy, are the proud owners of Fetch-A-Sitter, and will be on hand to see him in his modeling debut!

CAN I SEE THE DRESSES?
Sort of! This shoot's fashion will be styled with Free Love Bridal in Cape May. You can check out previous shoots in which Free Love and Bogath Weddings and Events have collaborated. I will be sharing options for each design, but sometimes we change our mind on the day of the shoot after seeing a specific dress on a model. We bring 3-4 options for each model, and if they are killin' it in one dress versus the others, we will go with the killer option. ​

PARKING
Please park in the Mallard Parking Lot. No worries, there will be plenty of room. Enter through the ground level.
